Welcome to Intellicenter II

The Wasserman Group is known for its operational excellence pro-actively maintaining properties and providing exceptional service to tenants. Wasserman makes use of the most sophisticated tools and technology, attracts and retains the most qualified staff, and is committed at every level to the highest standards to provide services and enhance tenant relations.

To ensure that the tenant receives fast and efficient service, when your request for service is received, a work order is prepared and a serviceman is dispatched to answer the call.

General Building Info

Intellicenter II is an open access building; meaning that tenants with a valid key card can access their suite at anytime 24 hours per day. Although this key card in not needed during normal business hours, as a convenience to you and your clients and visitors, a sign-in procedure and a valid key card is required between the hours of 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on weekdays, and from 5:30 p.m. Friday until 8:00 a.m. on Monday.

Parking
Parking is open and available 24/7 at the following locations adjacent to 2530 Sever Road:

- Sever Road self park (behind building)
- Intellicenter Parking Garage, 2526 Sever Road
Key & Card Access
Each tenant shall be issued one access card per employee and two keys per lock upon move-in. A limited amount of washroom keys will also be provided upon request. You may purchase additional keys and access cards from the Management Office or by placing a Service Request through the tenant portal.

Cleaning Services
All areas of the property are pristinely maintained. Standard office cleaning services include garbage removal, daily vacuuming, weekly cleaning of windows and kitchen appliances.
Signage Information
In addition to your company listing in the building directory, we will place your company name on the elevator lobby directory on your floor. Suite signage is provided by the Tenant through the building signage vendor to conform to the building standard using a 9” x 9” glass sign, which conforms to ADA guidelines.

Security Service
A professional security service is entrusted to operate from the lobby Security Console as well as other parts of the building. During normal business hours, a second Security Officer is on duty on the loading dock to control access as well as to issue building identification badges, and a third Security Officer is located at the LaSalle Street entrance to assist guests, clients, and messengers. During off hours, a Security Officer makes rounds to ensure that lights are off, doors are locked, and as a general deterrent.
Mail
Incoming mail is delivered to your suite by the U.S. Postal Service Monday through Friday. There is no Saturday mail delivery. Outgoing mail is picked up in the building mailroom in the lobby level at 9:20 a.m., 11:45 a.m., and 3:30 p.m. Express mail carriers, at your instruction, generally pick up at your suite.
